"What Is Saweeq al Bahi? “Saweeq al Bahi” refers to a prophetic remedy that combines: • Saweeq (السَّوِيق): roasted barley flour (traditional, nourishing, cooling) • Bahi (البَاهِي): a reference to Bahi dates – a specific variety of dates known for their softness, sweetness, and medicinal benefits in Tibb-e-Nabawi (Prophetic Medicine).
